we’ll organize the start of this tour in paris and then drive our van straight outta there and head for the beautiful city of reims. From there we’ll visit a few champagne-making friends, take a look at the cathedral, and then beat it for the countryside near troyes.
following a farm-to-table lunch we’ll make tracks for the vosges mountains where we’ll immerse in cheese, wine, and flammenkuchen for a few days.
And then...we'll go to luxembourg!
the winding moselle river will be the backdrop to our visit with two wineries, and also the friendliest restaurateur you’ll ever meet.

Paris, Reims, Troyes, Colmar, Mulhouse, Munster, Luxembourg City, and all along the Moselle river.
❋ Where We'll Eat
An Alsatian winstub, a local haunt in Champagne, a mountain refuge in the Vosges, and maybe even along the canal in Colmar.
❋ Super Cool Extra Stuff
There will be stops at least four wineries, including two in Champagne. For those interested in adding a hike or two, we’ll accommodate you. And of course, a visit to a cheese maker!
