The focus of this tour will be Olio Nuovo. We'll step foot into at least 6 olive oil mills during a time of year that can't be beat--just weeks after harvest is complete. If you've never had oh-so fresh olive oil before, this will be an eye-opening experience.

February 10th-17th, 2027

I’m only doing this once. Everything you want to know about olive oil, all in one week. We’ll go with an empty van, and come back full.

This is where it all started. Our very first hosted tour was to Portugal way back in 2017. We’ve done it again and again since, and have deep dived even further over the years…

May 8th-15th, 2027 ~ Along The Tyrrhenian Coast

We WILL be off the beaten path for this trip, even though we’ll kick it off in Pisa, and spend a couple nights in Lucca.

June 20th-26th, 2027 ~ Traversing the Italian Alps

What better way to cool off and celebrate the longest days of the year! We’ll start this one in muggy hot Milan, but before you know it, it will have dropped 20 degrees!
